What should I include in a report?
Include the app version, device model, OS version, app language, time and steps to reproduce. Screenshots or recordings are optional; redact unrelated personal information. Never send your Apple Account password.
Why can’t I save another photo?
You can save one photo per day. Before confirming, retake it or select another eligible photo from today. After confirmation, it cannot be deleted or replaced. Past days cannot be filled in.
Why was my photo rejected?
Both the library date and original capture date must be today, with verifiable camera information. Screenshots and unverifiable images are rejected; downloading or saving today does not mean taking today. Editing exports may remove capture information. If Photos retains the original information, the original can be verified and the edited image used. Location metadata is not required. With limited access, allow access to the selected photo. After midnight, choose a photo from the new day.
What if saving to iCloud fails?
A permanent save requires iCloud confirmation. If it fails, the draft stays on device. Reconnect and check your iCloud account and available storage, then retry the same day; saving for a past day is not supported. Do not uninstall to troubleshoot, as local drafts may be lost. Reopen the app after an account change. Old drafts with unverifiable ownership are not automatically transferred to the current account.
What if devices do not match?
Use the same iCloud account and latest app version on both devices, with a working connection and available iCloud storage. In Settings, under Photo storage, tap Check and sync. If they still differ, keep the app and photos and email support.
Location, sharing and covers
You can save without location permission; the city will be omitted. Share from photo details; saving to Photos needs add-photo permission. Set as cover in photo details changes the annual cover. Restore the default in Settings → Annual album covers. This does not change your saved photos.
How do I update?
Update beta versions in TestFlight and released versions in the App Store. You do not need to delete the existing app first.
